Try the elliptical machine at the gym. It has all the elements you are looking for. You get stamina by going for a long time. You have to keep balance and have a good posture to do well.

Running with sneaker on a dirt pavement for a few mile will increase stamina. So will 30 minutes a day on an eliptical or crosstraining machine.
Excersize and a hard mattress will improve you posture. Back exercise will be a big plus.
Only practice will improve balance I suggest yoga, gymnastics, or at home practice standing one foot with the other foot up in front , knee bent (like a flamingo). For added or advance balance do the same thing but hold a broom stick on each hand while having them extended away from your body. If you've mastered this then get two equal size wide plastic tool boxes. Fill them halfway with water and hold them in your hands while extending your arms. (dont forget you're still standing on one foot). When your in the subway train or bus try standing without hold on for the duration of the ride.
Good Luck

For posture, try to get a harder matress. It may seem uncomfortable, but you will get better posture in no time, without any work. Also, ask your friends to randomly shout out "POSTURE CHECK!" and then you can see if you are slouching at that moment in time, then learn to improve!
Balance: See how long you can balance on one leg and do lots of stretches
Stamina: Get a lot of sleep and try jogging 1 mile a day for a week. Then go up to 1.5 miles, 2 miles, 3 miles, like that.

Exercising helped my posture. Yoga or ballet might help, too.
