Use a toothbrush with soft bristles and a small strip of fluoride toothpaste. When you brush your teeth, move the brush in small, circular motions to reach food particles that may be under your gum line. Hold the toothbrush at an angle and brush slowly and carefully, covering all areas between teeth, between braces, and the surface of each tooth. It will take you several minutes to thoroughly brush your teeth. Brush up on the lower teeth, down on the upper teeth, and the outside, inside, and chewing surface of your front and back teeth. Brush your tongue and the roof of your mouth before you rinse. You will need to replace your toothbrush more often due to your appliances. As soon as the bristles start to wear down or fray, replace your toothbrush with a new one. It may be difficult for your toothbrush to reach some areas under your archwire. Do not swallow any toothpaste; rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after you finish brushing. It is important to floss and use an antibacterial mouthwash and fluoride treatment throughout your orthodontic treatment and beyond for optimal oral hygiene.

you quite could have been brushing at night. :o I particularly have braces too and that i would be unable to stand no longer brushing two times an afternoon. no longer judging although.i would be unable to assert for constructive whether or no longer you will desire stains on your the teeth after the braces come off yet whether you do, the orthodontist will clean the glue and issues like that off of them and that *might* shrink lots of the discoloration. you may pass to a customary dentist after that and get a cleansing or whitening clinical care. i've got not gotten mine off yet, I particularly have quite a few greater months left yet i'm continually curious and finding up issues regarding the outcomes of braces, haha. Sorry i don't have a private tale to proportion. appropriate of luck although. i'm constructive you would be fantastic. you're able to ask this in the dental wellbeing section for greater solutions probably.

Use a floss threader to floss where you can't reach with the brush. Be sure to brush and floss thoroughly, or you may end up with permanent discoloration on your teeth where the braces were.
