I live in Colorado and for the past few weeks it's been in the negatives. I need to do cardio but I can't do it outside. Any ideas?

Go into a wide or long room and stand at one wall. Run back and forth between the 2 walls over and over again.

For the first 5 runs, do a nice steady fast walk. 5-15, a jog. 15-25, PICK UP THE PACE! 25-45 You really need to run now. 45-72 SPRINT!!!

There is an actual tape that tells you the levels you are on and gives you a timer.

See how many you can do!!

you could use Tae Bo tapes, or videotapes of that nature to get in a good cardio workout and get toned up as well.
