I feel terrible evertime I eat, I am always watching what I eat to make sure it has an even number of fats, carbs, calories and sugars. I just don't understand why the area under my navel is so big.

I also have two babies. Try Palates. It really focuses on the core muscles and will work to flatten the tummy. You don't have to buy a bunch of expensive equipment and can do it while the kids are napping.You could rent a DVD for and if you decide you like it buy one for a few dollars.

I have this problem now after just one child. Think of it this way. Take new balloon and blow it up twice. What happens? The balloon looses it's elasticity. The same happens to our belly area, and depending on the severity may not go away with diet and exercise alone.

Stop feeling bad. You have two kids! Be proud. I know having one is hard. Having two means you are a super mom.

its not just fat, the muscles of the lower abdomen have been stretched out from pregnancies. Get an ab-specific workout and it may help.
