If the pizza has already been made, then just parmesan and crushed red pepper.
If I am making the pizza, i find the simpler the better, and I still put the same things on after it is cooked. Of course the meat and sauce contain "normal" spices, like you would use for spaghetti.

Parm cheese and red pepper, usually. More than likely it's already salty enough and has Oregano in it so that's not necessary.

Before cooking I'd put oregano, garlic powder, basil if I have some...
Parmesan I put on each slice before eating.
