A short list follows hope they help.
Lower Body Lymphedema
lymphomas, ovarian, and abdominal cancers can cause swelling of the legs. The swelling can come from any compression or surgical removal of the lymph nodes in the lower body. It can also come secondarily to production of fluid into the abdomen (ascites) which spreads into the legs. When under treatment for any cancer, if your protein levels fall into lower levels, fluid will leak into your whole body including legs.

Glucocorticoids affect metabolism and have anti-inflammatory and ... A cancer of the bone that usually affects the large bones of the arm or leg.
Prostate cancer usually causes no symptoms until it reaches a late stage. Sometimes, symptoms similar to those of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) develop, including difficulty starting or continuing urination and a need to urinate frequently or urgently. However, these symptoms do not develop until the cancer is large enough to compress the urethra and partially block the flow of urine or irritate the bladder muscle. Some men have bloody urine.
Sometimes, symptoms develop after the cancer spreads. Pain develops when prostate cancer spreads to bone. Bones may weaken enough to easily fracture. Cancer that spreads to vertebrae can compress the spinal cord, resulting in pain, numbness, leg weakness, or incontinence. Cancer that spreads to the skull can compress brain tissue, resulting in seizures, confusion, headaches, and weakness, among other symptoms. When cancer spreads to bone marrow, production of red blood cells decreases, resulting in anemia, with symptoms such as fatigue and weakness

Virtually every type of cancer, except cervical and lung cancer. If you mean, whether or not you should attempt quitting smoking, the answer is positive. You should stop drinking alcohol, too, but add some onions to the list of recipes you use as this can prevent cancer from progress. Be careful with what you eat and drink, including water and any kind of medicine you use. You don't want to be dehydrated, but sometimes it is good to avoid excessive water drinking. Drink some vegetable juice!

Sarcoma. I knew a woman who had it and died before she was thirty because it was detected too late to treat it.
