You have to be able to open the doors from the inside as well as the outside .Any handles broken off will result in a failure.

Yes, you have to have access in and out from all doors
SORRY,but it wont be a pricey job so if the car is worth getting an MOT spend a few quid.

It depends, because in an emergancy could someone easily get to you before your car blew up? Best thing is to get it fixed BEFORE your MOT and then, if nothing else is wrong with your car, it should pass.

Yes, access has to be able to be made and exit facilitated.
Even a rear door has to work.

Don't worry about what you can see its what you carn't see is how they fail you, they make it up, who knows someone thats car has ever passed an MOT firt time?

yes it will,,i own a repair shop and anything like that will cause it to fail,they will consider this a safety issue,and it wont pass,,good luck i hope this help,s.
