I wouldn't exactly consider it rude, seeing as how nobody plans to throw up (unless they have an eating disorder). It's probably much more embarrassing for the person who's sick than for others at the party.

yes, even if the food sucked and made you sick. unless everyone throws up, from food poisoning, then its bad. then again, if you excuse yourself and RUN for the bathroom to thow up, i guess its okay. you can later say you were "sick"

What was served and who cooked it? If was some one who is not fond of you , then no. Puke at the table , by all means.
