I don't see anything wrong with a long distance relationship. If you don't already know the person very well, it give you the opportunity to really get to know them without physical attractions getting in the way.

One person in the relationship will ALWAYS be offered the opportunity to cheat. Since its so easy to get away with it, that person is much more likely to take advantage of that opportunity than in a relationship where there is constant face-to-face interaction.

Its a crap shoot in the best of circumstances. You can't have a long distance marriage, what makes people thing long distance relationships can work out to anything worthwhile?

there is nothing wrong with it, i am in one right now, and we are continents away, we text and call as often as possible,in as much as both of us are so commited, there is just something with love, i cant even explain it,who said that you have to be hugging and kissing all the time for it to work, all a good relationship needs is true love, not the distance, to me distance doesn't matter.to add to that we have been together for a very long time, and nothing is going to take me off course

If you have never met before and you just talk on the phone and on the computer, then how do you really know this person? Anybody can say anything that will get your heart ticking fast. A relationship isen't a relationship unless you see the other person face to face....

There is nothing wrong with a long distance relationship. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. My husband and i were apart for 2 years and our relationship is stronger because of it. And if its meant to be it will be.

I think the thing that is wrong is that u cant see them and hold them ,and it allows for more temptation's to come into your relationship , due to the fact that you cant be together becuase its long distance.

As soon as your partner goes to a party and gets drunk, and hasn't had sex in a month, that relationship is over (that is ofcourse if he/she tells you). My girlfriend went to the city last night for an art show and I didnt trust her, then again, I am the jealous type. either be loyal or get out of my life is my mato.

sometimes love is not enough to last a relationship.
do you know the perfect innate ability of human nature?
it's getting something accustomed. when you start to get accustomed to love somebody, this will corrupt.
same thing happens when we are in touble.
if tou get accustomed to have trouble, you start to ignore it. you see?
you may not want to have this but
you should get accustomed to this boring faces of love :)
