Sultanas are typically either the Sultanas variety of grapes or, more likely today, golden raisens.

They are made by drying different varieties of grape. Sultanas are made with white grapes. Raisins are made with normal sized black grapes. Currants are made from a small bitter tasting grape that originally came from Corinth in Greece.

not a lot-they are all dried grapes.the raisin is a partially dried grape,the sultana is a seedless raisin and the currant is a small dried seedless grape

Sultanas are white raisins, currants are dark raisins, and raisins are generically all dried grapes.

I'm not entirely sure but I do know that if you drop a sultana into a glass of champagne it will sink to the bottom then float to the top then sink to the bottom then float to the top.....................and so on and so on!

They are various different dried fruits...can't remember which is which though.
