There are organizations that supply aid to Third World Nations. Look at compassion, Tony Compolo, JAM ministries and such.

Contact The Missionaries of Charity. I believe these are the same that Mother Theresa was from. You can always contact your local Catholic Church too. The Missionaries of Charity work all over the world with the poorest of the poor.
