I have been having this swollen lymph gland a little above my collar bone. It doesnt hurt, and I went to a doctor who has suggested some tests on me, the results of which are:

Mantoux test: +ve (induration of 30 mm transverse diameter)
cytopathology report from the specimen, diagnosis: features are consistent with Granulomatous lymphadenitis, possibly of Koch's aetiology.

Otherise, i am perfectly healthy with no other health issues.
All my other tests are fine including blood report, chest, thyroid, LFT, urine sample, ultrasound and my ESR is 05mm/ 1st hr.
Please help...what do these results suggest...is there a way i can be treated for this swelling...and is this a case of tb?

Your physician should have given you the diagnosis of TB which does not always involve the lungs and if for some reason the physician thinks that it is not TB then they must come up with another disease. Koch is the German who 1st identified TB and granulomatous is the nature of the 'lesions' that arise from TB independent of where they appear and again the lungs may be most familiar to you by TB may infect any part of the body. Based upon the above you must definitely be treated so if your physician is not able to figure this out seek a 2nd opinion.
