Psalm 37:28 says that God is a lover of justice... so He has love for things good and just. Genesis 6:5,6 says that God felt hurt in His heart when badness filled the world... so He feels sadness and disappointment in human behavior. 1 Peter 5:7 says that God cares for us... so He feels concern. John 3:16 says that God loved the world so much that He gave His only begotten Son to save us... so He feels love for mankind. Does this help answer your question? There are many other scriptures if you want to contact me for them.
