How many female saints are there and what did they do?

We all know about Saint George, Saint Andrew and Saint Patrick.

What female Saints are there and what did they do? I have heard of St. Cecilia, Philomena and Anne but I do not know what they did. Can anyone help?

There are many Hindu Female Saints:-
(1) Vaagambruni-Ambruni's daughter.She composed many verses(in Rg Veda) which are kept in high esteem and daily recited by many Hindu elitists.One should have real grey matter in their brain, to understand her verses.
(2) Bhaarathi:-daughter of Bharatha.She was so adept in the knowledge of Vedas and other scriptures--Intellectual Giant of gargantuan dimensionss--Acharya Sankara and sri Mandanmisra thought she was the best suited to be the judge in thier arguments of vedhaatha vs Meemaamsa
(3)Gaargi:- Garga's daughter.An Authority in intrepreting vedas.Whenever Garga was ill
Gaargi was asked to teach Vedas to students

all who know Christ are sanctified ( saints) the catholic church has no right to name saints.my first thought for you in mother tarisa but maybe the pope did not declair her a saint but he has no jurisdiction to be honest he is only a man
