Something we frequently see is WWJD - What Would Jesus Do? A Christian is a person who, although not perfect, tries to do just that. He will have studied the life of Jesus, learned how Jesus acted and reacted, and will attempt to follow that example as best as he can, in his own life. We learn this from the book of 1 Peter 2:21; 1 Corinthians 11:1. The things he did are too numerous to be enumerated here, but can be found in the Bible books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John. The book of Acts also sheds some light on his actions as the first century Christians tried to imitate him. To sum it up in one sentence, a Christian is a footstep follower of Jesus Christ.
What is a Christian?
A footstep follower of Jesus Christ -- 1 Peter 2:21; 1 Corinthians 11:1; see also Matthew 16:34; John 13:15.
One who obeys Jesus -- Hebrews 5:9
One who has love for his fellow Christians -- John 13:35
oThis is a real, self sacrificing love -- John 15:12-14
One who tells others the Good News about God’s Kingdom, and how they too can benefit from it. -- Matthew 28:19, 20; 24:14
One who bears spiritual fruit -- Matthew 7:16-20; 21:43
Spoken against because of their beliefs and their upholding Godly principles -- Acts 28:22; 1 Peter 4:3, 4; Matthew 5:10-12; John 15:20
One who makes God’s name known -- John 17:6
oThat name is Jehovah -- Exodus 6:3; Psalm 83:18
One who, though in the world, is no part of the world -- John 17:11-16; 18:36
If an individual or group fulfills some of these things, but not all, they cannot properly be called Christian. As a group, who other than Jehovah’s Witnesses fit these criteria? No, we are not perfect, but we do try to carry out God’s will, as it is recorded in the Bible. And there is more than that listed above; those were just some of the main points.
On a daily basis we eat, drink, work, sleep, and do many things everyone else does. The main difference is that we try to do so in a way that never reproaches God or his people.
Sometimes we sin, and we are sorry and try with the help of prayer to do better. One cannot help but think bad thoughts occasionally. You cannot help it if a bird lands on your head, but you don't have to let him build a nest there!

Saying Christians are the same is like saying white people are all the same, or black people are all the same or polish people are all the same or Jewish people are all the same, there like everybody else, big ones little ones, some full of it, some not, some good, some not, Some kind, some unkind, some peace loving, some war mongering, some dumb, some smart, some thoughtfull, some not, some caring, some not, MOST try to live life by a moral code, to become a better person, JUST LIKE THE ATHEIST

My view is that the Christian life is a journey. You don’t just get saved and you are there, you study scripture regularly and pray about everything. Yes, you have thoughts you shouldn’t (such as anger) but you try to catch yourself and ask God for forgiveness and guidance. You recognize that you are a work and progress. God knows this to. I suppose that is why he is so forgiving.
As to daily habits-
I pray frequently during the day, particularly when I’m alone, working in the garden or taking a walk. I try to read scripture daily even if only a few verses. I volunteer my time and care for my family and others.

A true christian should try to become more Christlike each day. Do we have evil thoughts and do we sin, of course, we will never be perfect, but that doesn't mean we should stop trying and definately doesn't mean we get to try to excuse sins away.

Usually, in my expereince "True" Cristians are the religous extreamists. they live there live by the bible yet still sin, for every body sins even when they don't relize it. Every one has evil thoughts no matter how religous they are. In my past expereince the "true" christians that i have met are the ones who tell other people what to do and how to act. But it is different for everyone

I am a Christian. I try to live my life without doing harm to others. There are times when I have bad thoughts and I certainly do sin. I go to church once a week and just enjoy life.

a true christian loves there neighbor as themselves, no matter what color they are. they pray to Jehovah God threw Jesus Christ everyday all day. they do what Jesus commanded them to do at Matthew 28 verse 19 and 20. we are born into sin because of Adam and Eve but we ask forgiveness even if we think we did nothing wrong. we live our life's as Jehovah and Jesus Christ wants us to do. by studying the bible and learning about Jehovah and seeing how awesome he is and how awesome his son Jesus Christ is. remember Jehovah send his son to die for our sins so we can live forever in the new world. remember the model prayer that Jesus gave us. the meek shall inherit the earth. www.watchtower.org.

True Christians are first: Baptized.
Then they live like all men, they pray, they work, they go to school. They have evil thoughts, but pray and try not to act on them.
When they act on them, they sin.
When they confess their sins, and are forgiven.
Then, they repeat the process with each new day
