She invited me at a concert, but I wasn't in the mood. I'm kinda sick of her, but I said I'll try to go, just because. Of course I didn't go, but she sent me a message: I'm leaving [where we should have met]. If you decide to come, I'll be [somewhere]. Bye. If you didn't come because you didn't want to, very well. I want to say something like: "Hey, it's not my fault I'm busy, but you could be nicer." I don't wanna hurt her feelings cuz she'll hate me forever.

Tell her that something just came up at the last minute and you have to do t or be there instead of going with her. Act really upset and tell her that you cannot blow THIS off though. Meanwhile make up a good thing, so that you won't be blank when she asks you what it is you have to do... act really upset n stuff, like you want to go

Then just tell her you were busy with your friends or tell her you had a really long day and had to get some sleep. or something like that....or jsut tell her the truth. she won't hate u if shes ur true friend...ya know? or am i totaly wrong?

Make up a plausible excuse for why you didn't come and didn't call, and in the future, don't just stand people up.
