Grammatically? No period after the statement and no apostrophe in the contraction "what is". Logically? Assuming it is a true statement, you have no evidence to back it up. However that's beside the point because there is no god.

It assumes the existence of a God with human characteristics i.e. the capacity to love which as anyone with a basic understanding of philosophy will tell you is pretty difficult to prove, so it's only conjecture.
