Brothers and Sisters. Aunts, uncles, cousins.
The incident of of the murder of Abel is not dated but most opinions believe it is before Adam and Eve had more children. That said, there are hints in the Hebrew text that Cain and Abel each had one or more twin sisters. Further, Adam is said to have had 'sons and daughters' and in 930 years, that could be quite a few.

At the time that Cain killed his brother, they were adults and they had siblings. He was afraid that one of his other siblings would kill him because he had killed Abel. Cain may already have been married to one of his sisters, but if not, he would have taken one of them with him as his wife.

The Bible says Adam and Eve were the first human creations of God. Not the ONLY creations.
I'm not convinced the story of Adam and Eve are meant to be taken literally, but there is that explanation.
