yes you should, because once you get caught you probably wont get hired. But you can go to your local county courthouse & file paperwork to have those charges removed or dismissed from your rap sheet. p.s I work for the courts in california & the form here is called expungement.

I beleive that unless its a felon you technically dont have to but even for must jobs they just ask for felons not misdameanors. Also if it happened as a minor its considered gone as soon as yourr 18

Well, that's your choice. If you want to be honest then yes you should if it is asked. They can use it as grounds to fire you if they find out later if you did lie (but that would be the only repercussion).
