my friend is from the caribbean , and her father lied to her and tell her that he was gonna bring her back to the caribbean only for one day.....he goes with her to the caribbean but leave her down there.....he took her passport and greencard from her.....is there anyway whatsoever she could re enter the america?

she needs to get to the police first and declare theft from her father ,
since she is from the Caribbean , she must get her new passport then get in touch with the US gov . in order to talk to them about her green card
would you please come back and say ,where exactly she is located ? there are US consulats located in the Caribbean isles but you must tell her to find it on the Internet ......nearest her
in order to get back ? she had to have a round trip ticket ? she also must quickly get in touch with the travel agency where her ticket was purchased ......as to not loose her place ,and to explain her situation .......in order to perhaps make different arrangements,for her return .....
