There is a prophetic statement told by prophet Muhammed in Sahih Muslim that reads: "the judgment day will not come until Muslims will fight Jews and kill all of them so that the Jews will hide behind rocks, but the rocks will call the Muslims to come and kill them"
I was shocked when I read that prophetic statement because I have always thought that Islam calls for peace and tolerance. Does that statement call for any peace or tolerance?
(I guess this statement should be authentic because it is narrated by Muslim, who is regarded as a very reputable source)

I did not take it out of context. I have translated it exactly the way it is written from its original Arabic text
http://hadith.al-islam.com/Display/Display.asp?hnum=5203&doc=1
As you can see, the original text does not mention anything about anti-christ or Mahdy or anything that you have INVENTED

2:191] You may kill those who wage war against you, and you may evict them whence they evicted you. Oppression is worse than murder. Do not fight them at the Sacred Masjid, unless they attack you therein. If they attack you, you may kill them. This is the just retribution for those disbelievers
this is what quran says about fight or killings....wht you have mentioned (doubtful exact wordings)..but i think you are mentioning about a prophesy of doomsday after comming of anti-christ Who will be the leader of jews ...then there will be fight betwee the two ...this is prediction ..and he din't say that muslims should do that. islam strongly condemn killing but yes we are told to fight only when we are attacked...Btw christain also have a believe that All jews will convert to christanity after death of anti-christ by jesus(pbuh)..so there is not much difference between two predictions.basic thing is that there will be end of judaism at the end.

Oh course it's true. Islam is the religion of the Antichrist, The Great Deceiver. They want to kill all the infidels and dominate the world. That is their prophecy. Fortunately, the Christian prophecy will prevail. The Jews will be saved. Antichrist will have rule, probably under the guise of Islam, for a while but Jesus will come and get rid of them. I can't wait for an end to this evil!!
Christians do not believe all Jews will become Christians. We believe in The Revelation that says some Jews will accept Jesus as the Christ and will be saved.

That was a prophecy.
Basically, you quoted a part of the prophecy and took it OUT OF CONTEXT.
The whole prophecy is as follows:
The Jews will rise in power and claim their land again (State of Israel)
Then the Jews, led by the anti-christ, will have a major WAR with the Muslims, who will be led by the Mahdi.
THUS, IN A WAR, YOU DO FIGHT YOUR ENEMY, ESPECIALLY WHEN HE IS RELENTLESS. From the prophecies, its understood that the Jews will be on the offensive with their attitude and such, and there will be a war. We dont even need to look to the future right now. As of now, Israel has killed thousands of Palestinians, kicked out millions from their homes and oppresses many on a daily basis. (the suicide bombing is wrong and needs to stop, but theres no justification for what israel did and does)
Also, we believe, JESUS will return and lead the Muslim forces over the Jews.
every religion calls for peace and tolerance.
But sometimes, justice is best served in war (i.e., U.S.A. vs. Hitler). Sometimes war is necessary and in war, you must defeat your enemy (Bush: "we will get them wherever we find them")

In the story of the Muslim's apocalypse, Jesus (Isa) will return on the side of the Muslims (according to Muslims, Isa is a Muslim). By then a lot of Jews and Christians will have become Muslims, as a lot of religious issues would be resolved especially with Jesus making a comeback and other supernatural events. So in that context with Jesus a Muslim and on their side, those not on his side would be those following the anti-christ, in this case "left-over" Jews and Christians who had not taken Jesus' side.

A central teaching of islam is that it is proper to lie and deceive non-muslims in order to further the cause of Islam. Certainly, lying about the true nature of Islam itself is well within this mandate. It is no wonder that Islamists claim that their religion is one of peace and tolerance. The shame is how many non-muslims have taken than at their word, even with the mountain of evidence that it is simply not true.

The 12th Imam is to come to ride the world of all infidels. (Non - Muslims.) Iran's president believes it's his duty to usher in that era.

In the same manner as Jesus saw that and told his disciples in John, that "there will be time when other people will kill all of you and think they are doing to honor our God."
