anxiety can be mistaken for paranoia - being worried about something ( or about failing ) is not paranoia - paranoia is the unjustified fear that the world is trying to cause you harm ( or cause you to fail ) - and please note the word unjustified

*has unjustified doubts about the commitment, loyalty, and trustworthiness of others

*accepts criticism poorly
