Use the Get Human Database!

This is a database that is regularly maintained to help you get to an actual person on the automated phone system for major businesses all over. Go to the website and find the quick tips to get through.

From their website: "The gethuman project is a consumer movement to improve the quality of phone support in the US. This free website is run by volunteers and is powered by over one million consumers who demand high quality phone support from the companies that they use."

Good luck!

hit zero on your touch tone phone. On almost every automatic telephone system zero will bypass the menu and connect you directly with the operator.
