15 fps is viewable, but not great.

There are 2 dimensions to video quality.

Resolution : The better new digicams offer 640x480 pixels (vs the older 320x240)

Frame Rate: The better new digicams offer
30 fps (vs the older 15 fps)

Camcorders offer the highest resolution and frame rate. However, a digicam's 640x480 at 30 fps is very nice with a small screen image. But the picture degrades on a television sized screen. 320x240 at 15 fps is very grainy on a television screen.

No, it needs to be min 25 frames per second on a PAL based digicam. Good Luck.

Well Dude....look for the digital camera with the high refresh rate...some thing like 25-30 frames per second,only then u get gud play back
