Yes, but only if you have given birth, or have a disabled parent or something. Your parents have a say-so in it too. They aren't just going to let some immature teen be emancipated. You have to prove you are responsible and reliable.

She has to educate to the court that she is able to help herself 100%. which ability she has to have a job which will pay for her employ,utilities,foodstuff,coverage,and so on. and she or he has to make sure that she will be able to end HS also. residing with you gained't help because you're purely a BF and may want to chop up at each and every time leaving her homeless. residing with you does no longer educate she had a reliable residing surroundings. She ought to educate she will help herself with out the help of acquaintances,family contributors or authorities reward. If her mom is abusive,she needs to the contact CPS. they could assist her.

yes you can , but you have to prove the judge that you have a job good enought to support you and that you are self suficient on every aspect, and you nned to show good evidences and supports of why it is that you want to be emancipated

Yes but you need to prove to the court that you have a job, a place to live and can provide for yourself. Of course it would be good to show why you cannot live with your folks anymore.

Yes you can! If your parents allow for it! Just make sure you have your life together a little bit first, because if you don't you might be crawling back sooner than you think and they might not be as keen to take you back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
