Depends on how friendly the bird is toward you. You speak in the plural and usually two or more together are hard to teach. One is more personal and friendly. You can teach a male to talk, but, they only do that when they want and may not do it around strangers. You can teach them to hang up-side down from your finger and swing them back and forth. You can do the "Head in the Lion's Mouth trick", this where you just hold their body in your hand and stick their head in your mouth, it the easiest to teach. The cool one I did was "Dead Bird Flying trick", here you teach the bird to lay on it back in your open hand. It look dead, and you say; "Fly away dead bird up to bird heaven". Then gently toss it into the air. When they learn this they just go up. Then they will Spread their wings to straighten up. Then fly. It a cool one if you get them to learn it. Most of these can be taught in a month, if, the bird well tamed. On the dead bird trick, make sure you not slam them into the ceiling!!!!!!!

I like Cole's answer. There are all types of grabs, but rotations can be easier. If you land with flat skis you can butter the rest of the rotation on the snow. Practice on the flats first. You can also go real old school and work on ballet moves, such as tip stands, skiing "switch", crossovers, skiing on one ski, etc.
