If you fancy someone, that mucht hat you want want to start frienship with im, what would you do to make him come and speak to you? I don't want to go on him and start a conversation myself, because I hate doing so. i want them to come and speak to me first. any tips or ideas? pls

There is no time like the present!
If you're too timid/shy/incapable of starting a conversation, then it may be a sign of your weakness within the relationship to come.
Boys/Men seriously respect direct women- they're just as terrified as women are of making a move! If the only thing you know/like about him is his looks, then you may as well be realistic about the situation- there's no way the two of you are getting together unless you make a move:
You could set back women's lib a 100 years by doing an 'oops!' and dropping some stuff i.e. bag/books etc in front of him to see if he helps you pick them up (you get to know if he's a gentleman that way). Then say something like, "That's so sweet... " and jokingly add to see his reaction "I should take you to the cinema some time to say thanks..." or "I've seen you around- I should have said Hi before " and introduce yourself and see how it goes from there.
Get a friend to drop some hints on your behalf and hope for the best (very high-school)
Start up a conversation with him under false pretenses "Hey- didn't I see you at...." (make up a little white lie), and act friendly whilst you're doing it, smiling, making eye contact and being sweet and approachable. If he's interested in you, you should be able to tell from his body language and hopefully he'll get round to asking you out himself.
You could always write him a note. Not a ten page love letter, maybe stick a little post-it note to his belongings with a little message- once again, could be some complete white lie to get him to come and talk to you.

Sorry to say, but you're never gonna get anywhere if you want people to come and speak to you first.
You have really got to feel the fear and do it!!!!
Just bite the bullet and have a go.
If he's not interested, clock it down to experience, and wait for the next fish to come along.
We all hate having to get out of our comfort zone, but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do.
Go for it girl!!! You'll be a better person after it, whether it be a positive or a negative result.
If he rebukes you, then he's not good enough for you!

you do not have to go and start a conversation, get an excuse to talk to him, like if you or him smoke, you can ask him for a lighter or if you don't you can ask him for the time, and then tell him for example do you come here often? and then introduce yourself. act fast before it will be too late. and who knows, maybe he feels the same about you and is shy to come and talk to you.

OK here's the guys POV. Firstly guys are often more nervous than girls, for fear of rejection. Why not talk to him, simple things like what's your name tiger and he'll respond. if he likes you he'll look and look away quickly. He'll be either overly confident of overly nervous, He'll touch you discreetly and then shy away a bit.

be attractive, cool and calm. Dont push it------dont be all over him. smile at all times. If he really likesu , he come to you and if he doesnt, move on girl. I'm sure that there are other boys out there for u.

why not talk to him, ..... if you like him that much, just mix in general chit chat.
or drop something, nudge him, stand on his toe and try the whole "im sorry.......... , u enjoying urself?" etc.
i asked a lad out about 2months ago, i really liked him... and he bombed me out! ha! but wer really good mates now, and the tables have turned he likes me..
