Well if you want easy and tasty I recommend Campbells Supper Bakes Savory Pork Chops with Herb Stuffing. All you need is a skillet your own pork chops, butter and some hot water.
All you have to do is cook the pork chops for about ten minutes or until it is no longer pink. Then mix in the butter, hot water, and stuffing in the same skillet you used to brown the pork chops. Push the stuffing to one side of the skillet, and then place your pork chops next to the stuffing. After that you pour the baking sauce that the box provides for you over the pork chops. Once pork chops are covered with the baking sauce you add the crumb topping over the chops. Now just cover and cook for about another ten minutes or till it's heated through.
It's very good and the sauce is great!!!!

Take thick cut chops(1"-1 1/2") and slice into one side, creating a pocket. Insert your favorite stuffing (I like a cornbread stuffing) into the pocket. In a frying pan, brown on both sides on the stovetop, then place in a 350° F oven until done. Usually about 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chop and how much stuffing you use.
Deglaze the frying pan with some apple juice, cook down slightly and pour over plated chops. Serve with steamed veggies, etc.
