Well if you want easy and tasty I recommend Campbells Supper Bakes Savory Pork Chops with Herb Stuffing. All you need is a skillet your own pork chops, butter and some hot water.

All you have to do is cook the pork chops for about ten minutes or until it is no longer pink. Then mix in the butter, hot water, and stuffing in the same skillet you used to brown the pork chops. Push the stuffing to one side of the skillet, and then place your pork chops next to the stuffing. After that you pour the baking sauce that the box provides for you over the pork chops. Once pork chops are covered with the baking sauce you add the crumb topping over the chops. Now just cover and cook for about another ten minutes or till it's heated through.

It's very good and the sauce is great!!!!

Skin and slice some potatoes. Enough to cover the bottom of the baking pan your using with a couple of layers. Brown the pork chops on both sides and put them on top of the potatoes. Mix one can (no water) Cream of Mushroom soup and Cream of Celery together with 1/4 cup of milk. Pour over pork chops and potatoes and cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Enjoy

Take thick cut chops(1"-1 1/2") and slice into one side, creating a pocket. Insert your favorite stuffing (I like a cornbread stuffing) into the pocket. In a frying pan, brown on both sides on the stovetop, then place in a 350° F oven until done. Usually about 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chop and how much stuffing you use.

Deglaze the frying pan with some apple juice, cook down slightly and pour over plated chops. Serve with steamed veggies, etc.

GRAVY FOR PORK CHOPS OR ROAST PORK/BEEF/LAMB Meat juice 1 onion 1 tsp. mustard 1 c. tomatoes, chopped 1 or more cups water Cook meat until done (hopefully, juices in pan are brown). Remove meat from pan. Strain excess grease out of pan (if desired). Slice 1 onion and cook it in drippings in pan until it's brown. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard. Chop up 1 cup of tomatoes. Add to pan. Let gravy cook awhile (about 10 minutes). Add about 1 cup of water and simmer another 5-10 minutes. Add more water if it has boiled away.
