The Asian dish called Pad Thai, a spicy noodle dish.....not "extremely difficult" to make, but there are a lot ingredients and lots of prep work, which for me makes it a pain in the *** to make, usually why I go out for it.....

I have none !! I find nothing hard to make. Some things may be more time consuming but nothing is difficult !
