In the gym there are several excercise machines for calfs.
You can do squatted calf raises, standing calf raises, and squats. Squats will build your upper leg alot more, but after each set do some calf raises with the weight on your shoulders.

Calf raises. Sit on chair, put toes on a block of wood or books, put weights or something heavier on your knees, then raise your toes and lower them. You can also do the same standing up on a raise platform of stairs with weights in your hands. Raise to your tippy toes then lower till you stretch the calf. Do this till they burn. Do a few sets with toes straight, then toes out then toes in to obtain a well rounded and toned calf muscle.

well i wont suggest u to take any kind of medicine. being a physio student i will say dat u shud take proper diet with large amount of proteins and do exercise for that. lye down on your bed and dorsiflex your feet means pull your feet towards yourself. do this atleast 30 times for each limb at 1 time and do this atleast 5 times a day. u hav 2 hold ur feet for 30 seconds then relax and so on. u can also do straight leg raising then dorsiflex the foot. try cycling and treadmill also if all this are under your energy level.

for starters you can do calf-raises whenever you can. Like when you are in the shower, just stand flat footed and then go to your tip toes and back down again. repeat this as many times as you can... that should help. also, if you have access to a treadmill, walk on one at a steep incline.

You can try bicycling and doing leg curls and lifts. If you drink white milk, your muscles will build faster. Try hiring a trainer if you need help.

whenever you get a chance, walk around as if your wearing high healed shoes, constantly cramping you calves. They will shape up in very little time, about 6 weeks. Seriouly!
