You aren't fat. How old are you? Are you still growing? A balanced diet with plenty of exercise is the best course in the long run. Eat plenty of vegetables , a few carbs (starches), protein for muscle growth and iron, and drink plenty of milk or eat some dairy products.

Learn a new way of eating...that is NOT a diet. A 'serving' size of meat etc, is the size of the palm of your hand. Don't eat anymore than that at one sitting. Read labels to find out what a serving size is...and go by that. Also, only eat a table. Not a computer desk or coffee table. At your age, you need protein that comes in meat.....so don't stop that. Just eat good veggies of all types. One way you might loose weight is...stop drinking soda waters(cokes, pepsi, etc.) and also watch your sodium intake and balance that with potassium.
Hope this helps...and good luck. Just remember....people that are TOO thin look just as bad as someone that is too heavy. Find a chart that tells what weight you should be. Also...find out what your bones structure is. That is very important...is tells how much weight you cna carry.

Your body is perfectly normal, and I know how you feel. A lot of the time I get up and look in the mirror and just think "AUGH.. WHY!!! WHY BODY FAT WHY!!!" But honestly, the models you see, end up getting really sick a lot of the time because they're soo skinny, plus men (usually) don't like little twigs for girlfriends! They need something besides bones to love. So cheer up, but if you want a diet plan, I tried not eating dairy for 2 months (I made it 2 weeks) It made me feel a little bit better and I lost like 5 lbs in the two weeks.

You are a normal weight. You might feel heavier because of height, but when you grow your weight will even out. You don't have to stop eating, just eat healthier foods ( like fruits and veggies) and try working out in the gym. You will look and feel a lot better.

More veggies, Lean meat!

No soda!

Drink Water!

Diversify your workout! Your body may be compensating for a static routine and making it easier for you - diversifying your workout will add to the quality of the exercise.

Great Job! Keep up the Good Work!

Well for one thing you are not fat and really dont need to lose any weight. You are at a healthy weight and should just be happy and not try to lose more weight.
If you will calculate your body mass index on the internet (just do a search for a BMI calculator) it will show you that you are in the normal range because I just did it.

just make sure you are eating healthy. you are working out enough, so that isn't a problem. you can eat meat too, just don't eat it with fatty sauces...just the plain meat. but do eat lots of veggies since they are goooood for you! NO FAST FOOD either...

Check out a bmi to see if you are correct for your height and weight
Are you 4'10 - adult? or child?
Depending on your age matters.
