that is clearly the egg white sandwich.
you see, while pb has a lot of protein it also has alot of calories. besides, egg white has more protein anyways!

BEST OF LUCK
I HOPE THIS HELPED

I think the first option is better all around, especially if you have an active fitness lifestyle to accompany it. An egg white alone is just not enough fuel to burn.
Unless, you are dieting or have an inactive lifestyle, then the egg white might be preferable, otherwise the PB is definitely kickin'! The carbs and calories it gives you automatically offset the Sat. Fat, in that when you do some cardio workout(running, swimming)the body burns carbs/calories for energy for performance, thus burning the fat and calories in the long run.
With the bread and PB you get more fiber instead of just bread and egg white, and once again lastly and most important the protien! Egg white your looking at maybe 3.7g, which is not enough in any meal if you do have an active fitness lifestyle. Protein is the foundation of a body that is working to or that is staying fit. You can't miss those 5 extra grams they are vital!

Both have protein in the sandwhich, but I would think probably the egg white sandwhich because it wouldnt have as much sugar ect. in it.

It doesn't matter because you can burn all of that with a 30min jog. Does anyone know the point of Diet Soda?
