There's a lot more nutrition in the meat. Plus the skin is pretty much fat.. but who cares when it's so tasty!

Fried chicken or anything else fried really isn't beneficial to one's health. But if you have to eat fried chicken, eat white meat not dark and do not eat the skin. Absorb excess grease with a napkin or paper towel.

There's nothing nutritious about fried chicken. Any nutrition is outweighed by the fat that clogs your arteries and makes your brain misfire.

You had to actually ask this question? The meat and it is even healthier if you don't fry it, but broil, grill or bake it skinless.
