I would have to say the first thing that I ever done for him that he still talks to until this day was how I would get up during the middle of night for fix him dinner and drive to his job to bring it to him (he worked 3rd shift and his dinner was at 3 am, good thing was he only worked about a mile from my house).
So I would get up and make something hot, drive it to him and sit while he ate and talked. I even sometimes spiced it up by throwing on something "cute" with heels just to make him want to come to my house after he got off work...lol.

He still brags about his dinners and the guys he worked with were jealous because their WIVES wouldnt even do it. Now after 4 years and about to be married he asked for things like that to never stop (except now its in moderation...lol)

Mine does construction in the union- I use to make him these huge breakfast sandwiches that were made up of a bagel- 3 eggs, cheese and lots of bacon. He use to make all the other guys jealous eating their little McDonald's sandwiches.
I do it in moderation now too... besides I don't want to give him a heart attack or make him fat!! LOL

Before my wife and I started dating, we worked together, went to college together, and were friends. I have just gone through a tough breakup and she had been having problems with her boyfriend for a while.

So to cheer up myself and her, I asked her to go to a movie with me (it was NOT a date, just a social outing). I did so wearing a velvet purple top-hat that I had bought at Wal-Mart that morning. She thought it was charming and funny.

Even though we weren't dating at that point, it still comes up in conversation every now and then. I still have the hat too.

You won't think it's so wonderful 10 years from now when you're exhausted and he still wants you to jump up and fix him something to eat in cute heels (in moderation, of course).
