Well when someone gets embarrassed in my company I always want to help them feel a bit more comfortable. If you take note of why this happens to you then perhaps its your body giving you a message. It could be saying be careful, mind yourself, maybe you just are not ready to hold the persons hand yet.The best way to cool you down is to respect your feelings and honour them. Being shy is such a lovely way of being. I love shy, quiet people,it means I can talk even more.People will love you for exactly who you are. You are perfect as you are and your feelings are your gifts. The people you go out with are possibly just as shy and embarrassed, but you are aware of your feelings, all very positive. Have a wonderful life and sweaty hands is fairly normal for most of us.

Don't worry about it. Women find men who go red very attractive. Just get out more and socialise and hopefully the more you talk to people the better it will get. Why not volunteer to organise something at work or take up amateur dramatics.

Seek some tapes by a psychologist called Dr Thomas Richards. You will find info about him on the net. My advice would be to get on top of it, rather than wait too long.

You should just chill and keep your mind around other things instead of you being embarrased it would only make thing worse and if that doesnt work then talk about something you enjoy doing that always works for me.n_n

When you stop worrying about what others think of you and being concerned how you should act around them. Learning to be yourself means people accept you for YOU. If they cannot accept you, then they are not worthy of friendship. Those who do accept you are worthy and usually become true friends.

XANAX or MARIJUANA, let me expand a bit, your redness is probably normal, the tingly feeling you have is probably associated with lack of circulation. go to a doctor so they can provide you with adequate druging.
