Yes and it really sucks. Wel it wouldnt come out only by shaking but if i run my fingers through it it's really disgursting sometimes. Dandruff all oer the place. HUGE flakes. Normal dandruff shampoo does NOT work. It only irritates it more. U need to a prescription from a dermatologist.
