I find even the English can't sound English on American films or TV, like Helen Baxendale on Friends and Davy Jones out of the Monkees. I don't know about Daphne on Frazier, who I like a lot, but no way does she sound Mancunian (from Manchester). Maybe they all need the same vocal coaching as Johnny had?

Depp is a serious immersion actor - he lived with Hunter S Thompson for some months before doing 'Fear and Loathing'. Other actors don't get as deep into their characters.

Johnny Depp is a fantastic actor. I was just watching some of charlie and the chocolate factory a few minutes ago and its unbelievable how different he is in that compared to pirates of the caribbean. he's always original and so talented..and it helps that he's pretty cute as well lol

i imagine he performed it completely. i don't think of each person else might want to have better the nature to fairly the point that Johnny did. i imagine Captain Jack is really one of his perfect 3 characters.
