Drivers get a base salary and anywhere from 30% to 50% of the race purse for their finishing position in each race. In addition to their race earnings, drivers also get a percentage of the profits from licensed merchandise, endorsement deals, and personal service agreements. For the top drivers, this is a pretty attracitve package.

Each drivers contract with their team is different.Most of them the driver gets up to 50% of the winnings.

They have different contracts. Some win more, but pay the ir team, some have a base pay with bonus money the higher they finish in each race.

that is all negotiated between the driver & his team owner. as you can guess the higher tiered drivers get bigger percentages of their winnings. plus drivers get bonuses for wins & championships

it all is different depending on sponsors and drivers and owners. you can check to see what each driver makes per race and compare them to other drivers.
