Many of you people asking this question need to seriously do some homework. You have the whole world of information at your fingertips and you fail to use it.
There is no way to enhance your natural growth rate...period. You are genetically predisposed to reach a specific height based on the genetic inheritance from your parents. Therefore, all you can do is wait until you are done growing (usually around 18 years of age, though some may make it to about 20) and learn to accept it.

Honestly, the only way to do this is to wear higher shoes. There is no other way except to grow naturally. It is all in your genetics. There is not really anything that you can or should do about it. Besides, you are only 15, you need to learn to like yourself for who and what you are.

can check upon age every year .Because myself is in the 40+age
