I am trying to work out what your question is. You need to make it clearer.

Do you have spinabifida or one of it's related injuries? If so then there does tend to be loss of bladder function and nothing much you can do about it other than make sure you empty your bladder every couple of hours to make sure.

A stoma bag is what they give people who have had part of their bowel removed which bypasses the lower intestine and so the poo comes out of a hole in your stomach and into a special bag which has to be emptied at home. These can be permanent or reversible.

Until you give more information, these are all guesses as to what your question actually is.

You've posted the same question three times but unless you can make it clearer there will be problems answering it. You could try NHS direct.
