well depends on age and what you do for work. If your in an office and sit at home all day . 15 mins of walking on a treadmill isnt much. If you do roofing and work in 98 degree weather then 15 minutes on a treadmilll isnt the greatest but its something more. Depends if your running or walking. FOr weightloss typically the 1st 30 mins are to maintain the weight anything over 30 will help you lose weight

i think 15 min is a little low. should be at least 30. also, if you eat more calories than you burn, it's not going to make a darn difference going on the treadmill. at least you might get some muscles and have better cardio health, but you won't lose weight.

5 days a week 15 mins is 5*15 = 75 mins of cardio! itz good for ur cardio but then u need to do some moderate weight lifting to keep ur health in balance n gain strength.... combine 15 + 15 mins for weight lift atleast 3 dayz a week! that shd do good!!!

"Enough" excersize a day is totally dependent on your personal health and goals. Something to keep in mind, too much cardio can actually begin to breakdown your muscle tissue. Building muscle is what keeps your metabolism strong and allow you to manage your weight easier.
I would recommend a mix between cardio and weight training to be healthy overall.

treadmill is fine, but you have to eat healthy too. lots of veges and fruit and meat, cut out the crap food of your diet, drink more water and you should be good. cut out all sugars, and bad fats and have plenty of good fats! I go for a walk 3 times a week, for an hour at a time, so maybe with the treadmill, 1/2 hour would be enough. GOOD LUCK!

15 minutes is great, but you should work up to at least 30 minutes a day for even better results and heart health.

THE CPT: This is where you've been hiding!?
you should actually go every other day in my opinion, lift on the off-days and do cardiovascular on the others. Thats what I do and I'm in 'mint' condition according to Doctor WhyNotAskDon
