I think it is a very good way to improve your writing skills. You have done well so far. However, did you mean to ask, "is there someone..." It would be cool to communicate with someone from another country. I work a lot of people who are from a different country(I am in the U.S.) and I am generally able to understand what they are trying to say. I think it is pretty cool that you are taking an extra effort to improve any skill.

I just came back from Switzerland, and I'm not sure if it's the same way for you; but they take english in school. Unfortunatley most of them don't speak it on a regular basis and are embarrassed when speaking to someone who does. My suggestion is to use it on a more daily basis, you seem to have a good grasp already. Trust me when I say this your English is probably much better than your friends Itailian

Your english seems very good. Only thing is when you said "there's" it should be "Is there" because "there's" means "there is" and starting a sentence with that is more of a statement than a question.
Your english is good! English is possible one of the hardest languages to learn - grammar wise that is. Some mistakes are ok, with your accent I'm sure boys will find it cute ;)

No not really. Most people's English is so bad on here that I would hate for you to learn it that way!
Is there someone who would like to become my pen pal? thanks all
This is the way the question should read, but you did very well. The cute little smiley faces are great.
Good luck to you!
