It would be better if I knew the shape and color of th pill, but based on the info you porvided it may be Panfil-G

It eases breathing and to loosen chest congestion.

Just throw it in the garbage. If you have never had a pill like that before then you have no idea where it came from or what it is. Although you can call your pharmacy and ask them, as already suggested, but really I would just throw it away.
