Amul is a Gujarat product, at one time made by Sahrkari Mundal(Cooperative society) of Porbunder, Gujarat.

Later registered as, 'Anand Milk Union Limited' (It went public)

It is a compound word in Gujarati Language.

Mul = Value

Means priceless.
