I'm not exactly sure what problems you face. But if you're worried that people might not understand you, you could carry paper and a pencil with you. Then if you say something that someone doesn't understand, write out what you are trying to say. The person can then read it and correct you on the pronunciation (or they can start to learn how you pronounce certain words).

Don't worry too much. It will probably become easier to pronunciate as time goes on.

The way I understand your question... A Pakistani might have problems with pronouncing certain letters, such as R (unless you don't mind pronouncing it the harsh, "machine gun" way... :) Another example: the Asian way of pronouncing T is different. The Asian T is formed by the tip of the tongue bending towards the back of the mouth, where as the English T comes more from between the front teeth. Also the melody (speed, ups&downs of the intonation) might cause problems.

Anyway, nothing too dramatic or thigs that you couldn't overcome !
