Lover girl, "D" or his credit history is the only one available to you legally without a lot of search warrants etc. Good luck in your search.

depends on who the third party is... just a complete stranger, no professional credentials. i would think there would be just as much work involved for each of these things but i think they would still all be accessible eventually. the credit history and bank accounts would probably be challenging. a wiretap too. they're all pretty illegal. and when you say personal correspondence, do you mean, like, e-mail? that would probably be the easiest to hack into. you'd have to figure out how. going through someone's mailbox is easy enough but also a federal offense. wouldn't recommend it.
