i got a 98 jeep cherokee laredo and recently the over head console and turn signals dont work...help.?

It is absolutely the fuse box

The first place to look would be in the fuse box. The location can be found by looking in the owners manuel.

Could be fuses, could be wiring. Check your fuses first and go from there.
