How fast are you supposed to go when lifting?? Muscle mags tell you to go slow and keep the weights up for a couple of second before letting it down but I saw some videos of bodybuilders and they do it really fast.. And another question, how inclined is it supposed to be when doing inclined benchpresses?

The ideal way to do is to have the concentric part of the exercise fast and the eccentric slow. For example, when you squat. go down slow and then rise up quickly. I use a 2-1 or 3-1 count. Superslow lifting is certainly not used widely anymore.

If you are new to an exercise you should do it slowly so that your nervous system is trained for the movement.

Also keep your rest periods between sets less than 60-90 secs. This helps to elevate the levels of growth hormone which inturn increases IGF-1 which determines muscle synthesis.

The incline of the bench depends on how your pecs are built. If your pectorals start really high, you might want to increase the angle of gthe incline. Otherwise you'll be just putting more stress on your delts

Slow builds muscle. Fast 'pumps up' the muscles, like before a competition.

The incline is supposed to be varied, working different parts of the chest muscles and shoulders.

The slower the better... Find a good weight, and go slow..
The inclined should be right around 45 degrees or half up..

Short, quick reps that go all the way down or up or whatever motion you're doing is the way to tone- slow, long reps are not for building
I don't know #2- I use dumbells
