Be mindful of what you eat. Whole grains, low (lower) fat dairy, smaller portions of protein.
Walk if able. Also, you can pick up pretty basic fitness things at wal mart for very cheap. Buy a stability ball and 5lbs weights (more lbs. if you are able). You can do so much with those! There a thousands of excercises you can do on the ball and you can find them all online!
DVDs always are good to for cardio... Tae Bo, though dated, is still an awesome cardio workout!

Do deep knee bends or bend from the waist when picking up a sock from the floor. Find an exercise program on TV or buy a cheap one at Walmart for your DVD. If you have stairs, take them frequently. Use the stairs instead of the elevator when possible. Walk to the store rather than drive if it is good weather and not too far. Ask a neighbor or friend if they would like to exercise with you. That makes it more fun, because you can chat while you do it. Watch the snacks and eating between meals. Go for a walk first thing in the morning before showering to get your day jumpstarted. Do situps, modified pushups, etc. Good luck.

Buy some DVDs of Power Jam, Pilates and Yoga. Those are the best and if you do them for like 4 days a week you'll see results fast.

hmm.....trust me....everything is possible...but....not everything is easy.
so .....EXERCISE !!! Your body is capable of incredible things...
don't just do a couple of push ups and give up! that's what everyone does!
WORK,WORK,WORK!!!!
If there was an easy way to having a good body, everyone would have a great body now!!
if u really want something that bad, you need to work!
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!1
give it your best....
exercise until u really feel u can't do any more....
don't just get tired a little and give up.....
You will see results in maximum a month :) ;)

If you can walk/jog every day, nothing like that. If not, go to a gym. You have to exercise to shed your pounds. Control your diet- switch on to veg. and fish without oil, butter, etc. Skimmed mild should be used.

drink lots of no fat milk (it tastes the best, 1% is ick) and not from concentrate orange juice, cut out anything with high frutose corn syrup in it, increase your fiber intake if you wish to gain some weight, other than that exercise and you should be golden
