With symptoms like that, your cat could be dying. He need to go to the vet ASAP. Cats who do not eat die very quickly and are subject to Fatty Liver Syndrome which is almost always fatal. He should have been brought to the vet when he developed the fever. I have seen many cats die because their owners waited too long to get them medical help.

You must get food into the cat or he will only get sicker. Did you take his temperature? How do you know he has a fever?

You must take him to a vet immediately or he will lose his life and you will feel very bad that you did not do what is necessary to help him.

Your cat is obviously sick! Take him to the vet instead of asking the question here!!!

Dehydration and malnutrition is a cat killer. Cats do not last very long without enough food and water. PLEASE go the vet as soon as possible. If you can't afford it, talk to your vet about arranging a payment plan.

I strongly suggest you take him to the vet. Cats cannot go without eating very long. Unlike humans, they cannot use fat stores, so they are at risk for going into kidney failure.

He may have a blockage of some sort. Please see a vet!

he needs to go to the et for treatment--do not feed cats milk--do not feed cats bad food--these will both cause severe diarrhea.
take kitty to vet so kitty might be saved. dehydration gets these animals fast, so, go now.
